Return & Refund Policy
At SRG LABEL, all sales are considered final. Due to the limited nature of our drops and the high risk of wear, we only accept returns or refunds under specific conditions outlined below.
Damaged or Defective Items
We accept returns only if your item arrives damaged or defective.
To be eligible:

The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

Clear photo and/or video evidence must be provided showing the damage

The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging
Requests submitted after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for review.
If the request is approved, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

A replacement (subject to availability), or
-
A refund to the original payment method
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Incorrect size selection

Change of mind
-
Normal wear and tear

Minor variations in appearance

Items reported outside the 24-hour window

Sizing Disclaimer
All sizes listed are EU sizes. Detailed size charts and fit notes are provided on each product page.
Returns or refunds due to incorrect sizing are not accepted, especially if the customer did not follow the sizing guidance provided.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted the sizing information displayed on the product page.
Authenticity & Product Condition
Each product is photographed individually or represented accurately to reflect what you will receive. Minor variations may occur due to lighting, screen differences, or manufacturing details and do not qualify as defects.
Order Cancellation & Modification Policy
Due to our fast processing times, orders are sent to fulfillment shortly after being placed. Orders may only be cancelled or modified prior to fulfillment. Once an order has been processed and fulfilled, it is considered final and it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Return Process
If your item arrives damaged:

Include your order number and clear photo/video evidence

Our team will review your request within 24–48 business hours
Unauthorized returns or items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We encourage customers to contact us first before initiating a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in delayed resolution and loss of eligibility for a refund.
All orders are shipped with tracking, and delivery confirmation is retained for dispute resolution.
